Sheave GrooveGroove profile according to customer requirement and the hardness range is as follows:
1. Low Carbon Alloy Steel : 45(S45C),Q345B and Q345D is HRC15-25 and depth is ≤4 mm 2. Medium Carbon Alloy Steel : 35CrMO and 42CrMo is HRC35-56 and depth is ≤7 mm (different material can get difference hardness level)
