The compact all-in-one systems
The compact universal encoder systems U-ONE-(SAFETY-) Compact combine a variety of functions in a rugged housing. They sense and monitor speeds and positions. Consequently, they are ideally suitable for easy upgrades to legacy solutions when the existing cabling is to remain in use or if there is no space available in the switchboard for electronic function modules. The multifunctional construction simplifies their installation and connection. Thanks to direct attachment to the shaft to be monitored the all-in-one systems do not required any additional mechanical components such as transfer gearboxes, transfer couplings or speed step-up gearing; and on top of that they offer greater accuracy. They are optionally certified for safety applications up to SIL 2 / PL d.
