The rugged singleturn encoders AS…40 and AS…H 40 can be deployed in a wide variety of applications to detect positions in steel and rolling mills, in mining operations as well as in ports and crane systems. They supply precise information about the position of the shaft; they are installed for position measuring as well as positioning tasks. Thanks in particular to the extremely rugged foot construction it is possible to easily attach additional encoders to the second shaft end.
